some things that could be looked into at...Mr Ronan,<br />some things that could be looked into at your hospital:<br /><br />1. "People in a hurry" - have you ever had to schedule an appointment?<br /> Some people seem to be in a hurry when they talk to you. Just get your info, tell you when to be there. They're polite, but just seem rushed to get you off of the phone. Kind of like they're hearing you, but not really listening?<br /><br />2. Floor in your hospital room. Is the floor suppose to be buffed?<br />i visited a relative in another hospital. across the hall, someone had been checked out. they cleaned the room, then somebody came and buffed the floor. the floor looked nice and clean.<br /><br />thank you. your blog is interesting to read.Former patientnoreply@blogger.com
